My SERVICES
Abi was invited to be the first diversity consultant of 2021 to attend Slack’s “Together we stand” speaker series.
As this was globally live streamed for Slack employees - there are no snippets of the events so here’s Abi talking about her excitement of being invited to talk instead!
In this video Abi talks about how Black History Month shouldn’t just be a 31day workshop pile one. Commitment to anti-racism is life long.
Abi also discusses the Breonna Taylor case and why the “All Lives Matter” arguments has no merit when you truly think about justice and equality.

INTERNATIONAL D&I CONSULTANT | ALLYSHIP CONVERSATION MODERATOR | ANTI-RACISM EDUCATOR | PANEL SPEAKER | TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD

Abi had the perfect blend for us of teaching in a non preachy way, a lot of realism and an ability to put our team at ease within the first few minutes. I personally really appreciated the frank way in which Abi addressed the elephants in the room. It helped to normalise the conversation for us all to participate.
Anti-racism and Allyship session at FP

Thank you for handling the topics with such empathy and kindness Abi. It's never easy to talk about race and racism but the way you facilitated the conversation was incredibly powerful.
Facilitating conversations about race at Spotify

Thank you so much for your presentation to Apptio today. Your passion brings home the impact of the topics you brought to us. It's the best compilation of solid material I've seen - things I can use in my interactions with family and colleagues to work to be an ally.
Anti-Racism Power Hour at Apptio

It was such a crucial session as it defined racial bias, racial gaslighting and institutional racism and what this looks like and how as a white person you can be an ally to people of colour.
I think everyone should have this training, hearing Abi speak so passionately is hard to ignore - should be essential for everyone!
Anti-Racism Training at HTA

I just wanted to thank you so much for such an amazing afternoon! It was such an honour having the time set aside to have such a healthy and honest discussion. I learned a lot from you and the dialogue you initiated and facilitated so thank you truly so much.
Facilitating a discussion around race/racial equality at ICP

This was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for putting this on. I’ve never in my entire career heard someone voice so many truths and concerns relating to black people, I literally felt heard.
